Full-Stack Product Engineer

With our SaaS platform we bring together all stakeholders onto one centralised user-friendly platform that ensures everyone remains informed and in control, during the whole construction process.

Since our inception a few years ago, we have already helped a variety of European construction companies to effectively deliver their housing projects, ranging from large scale developments to single housing projects, our platform caters for all types of projects. Our users love using our platform, and our current near 100% customer retention rate is definitely a testament to that!

We are looking for so called product-minded engineers: team members whom, next to their joy for software engineering and getting things done, also want to understand why decisions are made, how people use our product, and that also like to be involved in making product decisions.

• Develop a good understanding of our technical architecture in order to deliver new features to our platform that ultimately improve the experience of our homebuyers
• Write code primarily in Ruby (Rails API-only backend), Javascript (SPA written in Vue.js leveraging a UI component framework), as well as SQL when needed (PostgreSQL), which is managed on top of Google Cloud Platform
• Ship confidently to production daily via our CI/CD process (Github)
• Interacting both with our product team as well as our users directly to come up with the most pragmatic solution

• You are an experienced full stack engineer with a strong interest for the product
• You apply your knowledge of modern web development to make thoughtful decisions: based on given factors, you are able to properly assess when to move fast and when to do things properly
• You are experienced with our technical stack, or similar technologies
• You enjoy sharing knowledge and mentoring fellow team members during periodic brainstorming sessions, and occasional ad-hoc peer programming
• You are located within timezones GMT+0/+1/+2/+3 for sufficient overlap in working hours and practical collaboration
