SUCCESS STORY

How Imwo Invest gives buyers one place for every partner’s quote

“It’s important that customers feel involved, that they’re guided personally and that they’re kept informed, and that’s where I notice Ziggu can make the difference. It’s a tremendous added value that the platform is there for the customer”

Imwo Invest is a property developer in Temse, Belgium. Imwo Invest uses Ziggu to give homebuyers one customer portal for the choices, quotes and documents that come from its building partners. Since 2022, Imwo Invest has brought 500+ buyers across 25+ projects into the portal, and those buyers have signed digitally more than 8,000 times.

  • Sector: Property development
  • Country: Belgium
  • On Ziggu since: 2022
  • Projects on Ziggu: 25+
  • Customers in the portal: 500+
  • Used for: Documents, Conversations, Decisions, Financials, Client updates

What was slowing Imwo Invest down?

A buyer at Imwo Invest makes choices that involve other companies: a kitchen showroom, a lighting supplier, a screed contractor. Each of those partners sends its own quote. Keeping every choice and every quote together, for every buyer, was the problem Imwo Invest wanted solved.

Signing was the second obstacle.

“The problem we had before Ziggu was that customers no longer had an overview of the choices and quotes with different parties. Customers also didn’t always have the digital tools to sign the documents”, says Marijke Vandenbranden, the first point of contact for Imwo Invest’s customers.

How does Imwo Invest use Ziggu?

Imwo Invest and Bouwpartners, a general contractor also based in Temse, run their projects in one Ziggu environment. Buyers log in to find their plans and documents. The building partners work in the same portal: more than 2,000 proposals in Imwo Invest’s projects are linked to one of 40+ partner companies.

Each proposal reaches the buyer as a decision in the portal. When a choice needs a signature, the buyer signs it there, on a laptop or in the Ziggu mobile app.

Marijke Vandenbranden sums up what that gives Imwo Invest: “The solution Ziggu gives us is a user-friendly and customer-friendly platform, where all information is available to all parties at all times, 24/7.”

What changed?

Imwo Invest’s buyers now sign inside the portal. Across its projects, buyers have placed more than 8,000 digital signatures since 2022.

For Liesbeth Vanhaeren, who is responsible for sales and marketing at Imwo Invest, the bigger change is how a buyer experiences the project.

“It’s important that customers feel involved, that they’re guided personally and that they’re kept informed, and that’s where I notice Ziggu can make the difference. It’s a tremendous added value that the platform is there for the customer”, says Liesbeth Vanhaeren.
